This is our main area of work. When the numbers live in five different places, or the routine still runs on spreadsheets and e-mail, we build the system that pulls it together — for the people who use it every day.
What we build
- Dashboards that gather figures from several sources into one view, with the numbers defined the same way everywhere.
- Customer and partner portals: log in, see your own data, upload documents, follow a case.
- Internal systems that replace spreadsheets and manual routines — bookings, orders, checklists, approvals, reporting.
- Automation: scheduled jobs, notifications, generated reports and documents.
Data sources we connect
- Google: Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Analytics, Search Console, Ads.
- Microsoft: 365, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Entra ID.
- Business systems: ERP, CRM, accounting, e-commerce, payments and shipping.
- Any other service with an API, plus webhooks for events that should happen immediately.
- Systems without an API: we look at exports, database access or scheduled file transfer, and say plainly what is realistic before we start.
Built to be trusted
- Single sign-on with Google or Microsoft where you already have accounts.
- Roles and permissions, so people only see what they should.
- Logging and audit trail of who changed what.
- Error handling and retries, so a failing integration is visible instead of silent.
- Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and privacy by design, including a data processing agreement.
