WordPress support
WordPress helpwhen it stops.
Hacked site, white screen, a site that crawls, or an update that went wrong. We fix it, secure it, and tell you in plain language what happened.
Problems we handle
- Hacked or infected site: unknown admins, spam in Google, redirects, browser warnings.
- White screen or critical error after a plugin, theme or PHP change.
- An update that broke the layout, a form or WooCommerce checkout.
- Slow sites: heavy images, too many plugins, no caching, overloaded hosting.
- Form spam and brute-force login attempts.
- E-mail that never arrives: SMTP, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
- Migration, hosting moves, backups and ongoing maintenance.
What we do after an attack
- Preserve evidence: a copy of files and database before anything changes.
- Stop the damage: disable the vulnerable extension, rotate every password and key.
- Find the entry point in logs, changed files, users and cron jobs.
- Rebuild on current PHP and WordPress, with firewall and login limits.
- Clean up Google and request a review in Search Console.
- A written report: cause, actions taken, recommendations.
Good to know
- We take over sites built by someone else — that is most of this work.
- Urgent cases are handled the same business day where possible.
- If personal data was exposed, the incident may have to be reported to Datatilsynet within 72 hours. We provide the technical basis; the legal responsibility stays with the data controller.

Send the address, the symptom and your hosting provider. That is enough for us to start.
