Process
From first callto launch.
No project should feel like a black box. Here is how a project runs with us, and what we need from you at each step.
1. Mapping
- A short call or e-mail exchange about the goal, the users and the systems involved.
- We ask what should be measurably better after launch.
- No sales meeting, no pressure — if we are the wrong fit, we say so.
2. Written proposal
- Scope, price, timeline and what is not included, in writing before anything is built.
- For larger systems we split delivery into stages so you can decide after the first one.
- Prices are quoted excluding VAT and invoiced under Norwegian rules.
3. Design and build
- Structure and content first, then design, then implementation.
- You see the work in a preview environment as it grows — not only at the end.
- One point of contact from start to launch.
4. Testing and launch
- Performance, accessibility, forms, tracking and search-engine basics are checked before launch.
- Backups, monitoring and a rollback plan are in place from day one.
- You get a handover with accounts, documentation and access — you own everything.
5. After launch
- Updates, maintenance and security patches, either as needed or on an agreement.
- Small improvements based on real usage, not guesses.
- You can leave at any time and take the code and content with you.
